IRIS

Curious to know from the season travellers on this site as to whether they're registered, and successfully used the IRIS System at Terminal 3 London Heathrow ?

I registered prior to going to JFK, only to find none of the equipment working on my return yesterday.

Was I just unfortunate ? Or is this common ?

I have used it a few times and it has worked fine. However that said, I have read a few times it has been down!! [n]

I think it is hit and miss!

I've also used it a few times at LHR, and it has worked fine for me.

Registered and have used many times, if only the bags came out quickly enough to really allow it to make a difference to exit times!

I registered on the way out of T3 on Sunday and am hoping to use it on my return Saturday morning.

Used it several times and still surprised it works so well with red eyes and glasses!

Also used it frequently, LHR always is working for me (though I wish it would stop directing me to the lower scanners where I have to bend down!) however LGW North is frequently not working ...

Used it a few times. The Misense Plus station was there when I returned on Monday morning but barricaded off, allegedly the trial has finished. I thought that the entry period for people to join the trial had ended!

The times I've used it the equipment has worked fine although I too have eneded up performing acrobatics to gaze in to the lower scanner.

How long does it take to register?
