Amex and Reward Miles

Please someone help me i got an Amex card this year already spent 10k do i qualify for the free upgrade t PE if i book a reward flight. Also if i do do i still get the free companion tickets when i spend 15k on the card .

As fas as I know you won't get the PE vouchers until the 1 year anniversary of getting your card.
I queried my PE vouchers a couple of weeks ago having just passed 1 year, and they said that I am now entitled and that they should appear in my account within 10 working days. Nothing yet though [:w]

My companion voucher appeared last August without me having to chase it up.
