Gatwick fast track now open

Not sure if this is common knowledge yet or not but Fast Track at Gatwick has re-opened [y]

Great news! When did that happen as it was still closed last Sunday[:?]

It wasn't open last Monday either

I did ask at twilight check in today but they weren't sure which actual day it re-opened - just that it was within the last couple of days.

I travelled out on Monday and was told at check in that it wasn't open so stood for 40 minutes in the normal queue. Only to find out once in the clubhouse that it was actually open!

It was open on the 7th check in lady said PE now get fast track too and gave us the stickers.

Not sure you can rely on it being open. I as at LGW South Terminal on Saturday morning. Security was chaotic. I wasn't flying out but asked one of the agents if fastrack was open, the fastrack had quite a long line although it was the shorter of all lines, the reply was "This is the the shortest queue, if you have a fastrack sticker i can put you in it".

It's a bit random, sometiems open, sometimes takes longer than the others...

If fastrack is not open how long is it taking to get through security?

It was about 10-15 minutes last Monday afternoon

Is it still open to date? we are travelling on the VS27 19/04 PC would be great if fasttrack was open have heard so many conflicting reports.

It was open on 15 March when we passed through for our flight to MCO.

At 8am it took only 10 - 15 minutes at most.

Its definitely open in the North Terminal as Ive flown out of there twice this week but obviously thats no use to VS pax.
