After getting home and realising I had left my glasses on the aircraft seat[:I], I found it very difficult to contact the L&F department. I left messages and in the end went back to the airport (Liverpool) 2 days later to see if I could speak to an actual person.
I have heard nothing after leaving details and wondered does the success rate of your item being returned depend upon,
1. Luck
2. The airport.
3. The finder.
4. The airline.
5. The value of the item in the nearest pub.
6. None of the above.

I'd say a combination of 1 through 3, with a little bit of 5 thrown in as well depending on 3;)!

VS.

Left my PSP in the seat pocket onboard SQ (Raffles) whilst on my GE, i called SQ and they were fab about it - though trying to describe exactly what i had lost was rather difficult. They called me back to say they had found it, and as i was connecting through SIN at the end of the week i said i'd pick it up. True to form, it was there waiting for me on arrival, with a nice SQ staffer apologising profusely. I had assumed it was gone forever but their CS really was fantastic.

I didnt hold out the same hope when my boss left his PSP on his BA Y flight to Majorca though :)

Thanks,
Sarah
