Does anybody who's been to the Signature MGM know if the one bed suites have a washing machines. All info, offical and unoffical, is very vague on what applinces there are but I have seen a floor plan which appears to show a washing machine in the cupboard to the left hand side of the door between bathroom and bedroom.

I stayed in the Junior Suite so not sure - just email the Signature and I'm sure they'll be able to let you know

Similar to Andy, we stayed in a Junior and there is definitely not one in there - as for the one and two bed suites best email as Andy suggested. They advertise a "same day laundry and dry cleaning" service which may suggest they don't have washing machines in the suites but best to check.

When you say the penthouse, what floor is that on?

All suites on floors 29 upwards are called penthouses and you will see the PH symbol alongside the lift buttons.

Is there 1 that's specifically on the top floor?

All the top floor pethouses are for the people that own and live there. You will not get a top floor "penthouse". As mentioned, all the floors 29 and above are called penthouse floors

Hmmmmmm [?]

My mate who booked it called it the Penthouse, he has booked a 2 bedroom suite which I was told has its own elevator to the casino floor.

Are my ideas of grandeur disappearing?

Thanks again

Are you in the right hotel? There is no Casino in any of the three Signature Towers, that is one of the attractions.

Hi Bazz

We are definitely staying at the MGM Signature, however the friends who we are travelling with have organised and booked the hotel, they have been to Las Vegas before but not this hotel.

Just looked at the hotels website and I think they have confused the signature with the MGM Grand, which is a shame but it looks as though the facilities in the Grand are close by.

Only about five minutes via the covered walkway which also has a couple of travelators to help you on your way :)

There is a 2 bed suite for sale on craigslist LV, they list a washing machine as one the items included in the sale.

I am sorry if I seem to have mis-informed. Seems as though all of the 1 beds DO NOT have washing machines, ours did though, 36th. floor, corner near second tower, strip facing. Maybe it is an option that the buyer can ask for when they purchase the appartment

Just an update on the "washing machine" situation. It seems as though none of the rooms have washing machines. The one we had should have been behind the locked "owners" door. For some reason it was left open, so we just used it. Sorry about the mis-informatin.
On another note, we are staying at the Platinum this month, and apart from the Solitaire suite, all the other ones DO have a washing machine.

Just got back from LV and 5 days in 1 bedroom suite.

I now know no washing machine available to guests but had already concluded from the previous reports that if there where washing machines in suites they were only accessable to owners. The plans I saw showed w/d in on of the cuboards of the barthroom. These where locked in our suite and I presume are only accessable to owners.

I also think the time has come to move house when I can afford to stay in a hotel room bigger than my house.
