Jumper at the Strat

Well on sunday we had someone decide to challenge the law's of physics and fail.

Jumped of the extreme ride (not seated but from what I am hearing climbed out along the beam then jumped) and landed inside the Mcodonalds.

Manged to break a 4 inch sprinkler line flooding part of the casino.

Of course my sympathies go out to this guy's family.

This is the 3rd successful jumper in 11 years.

I realise these people must be desperate, but they do not think of the danger to another innocent passer-by who could have been killed by their actions.

I am guessing that others well being is the last thing on their mind, in this case the person in question made it through the roof of the casino, into the Mcdonalds and cracked a concrete floor causing a 4 inch water pipe to break and showering the casino below with debris.

Im amazed too that no-one else was hurt - there must have been some "near -misses"?
