Did anyone else apply for tickets for the Dolphins v Giants game at Wembley in October - I have just spent an hour clicking on web site buttons to try and get through the process - the top priced seats were all gone in the first 10 minutes!!

Managed to bag 4 seats though so my Mum will be made up as she LOVES NFL football and now has the chance to see a game live!!

Used to really like NFL.... But haven't followed it for years now

When I was into it, being a WHU fan, I followed the NY Jets (Similar type of club as they never win anything either!). Even saw a game back in 1988 in NYC or should I say NJ.

Then I switched over to Baseball, find it far more interesting as a sport. Guess I should follow the Cubs as they haven't won anything for decades, but decided upon the SF Giants as that was where I saw my first game - Giants vs Dodgers [y]

Sure it will be a real event at Wembley though

My son got some this morning - don't know whether they were the cheapest/dearest but they cost me 65 pounds per ticket!

I'll be glad when he finishes Uni and gets a job.

I had signed up back in January and received the e-mail last week telling me I would get an e-mail and a letter with a ticketmaster password to use today when the tickets went on sale. Received neither...[n]

Go and try Ticketmaster now - there were still tickets available last nigth at 10pm!!

Apparently there was a ballot to determine who got the email with the password in!

I know it was a ballot, but I actually received an e-mail telling me I was part of the group selected to receive the password....but then they never sent the follow-up e-mail. [V]

Maybe they accidentally sent that to everyone!

Ah well, not the biggest deal anyway as we are trying to plan a trip for October so might not even be in town for it.

My wife was going to get the tix as a birthday present for me, but like a lot, no second email. Site now fully sold out.
Ah well, have to go to one whilst out in Florida instead.
