Just know Mark J and GJ will love these [:w]

"Mourinho are you listenin'?
Because we know your dog went missin'
We heard him bark
So we fed him to Park
Eating in a stir fry wonderland"

(to the tune of Walking in a winter wonderland!)

or how about

Jo-se whoever you may be
Your dog's here ill-eg-ally
we heard you moan
we heard him bark
He's now being eaten by Ji Sung Park

(to the tune of Lord of the dance!)

Those songs are great - well done JB [y][y][y]

But there are a few that will HAVE to be sung on Saturday without fail

"Bring on the Champions"

"Campiones"

"Keep your chin up"

"Mourinho are you listening
You kept our trophy glistening
Mow we're back in May
To take it away
Walking in a Fergie Wonderland"

And what's wrong suggesting that Koreans eat dog - they do its a fact!! They know how to "wok the dog"

I did send a PM to the mod that was here at the time -- and they never responded but I see they are still on here. And my response was most certainly not a flame. Since the OP mentioned my name, I just want to be on record that I found them uncomfortable.

GJ

And I thought it might be awkward for anyone who might have lost a dog recently..... never thought of the Korean angle [:w]

As I said - No offence meant, but there are many worse things that will get sung about at football, not least of which will be the 'Big Fat Frankie Lampard song' (I Hope)

The fact that they arrested Jose about his missing dog I found very funny. Wonder if the arresting officer had a Man U shirt on under his jacket [:?].

Good web site - and I know this is going to veer this off topic - but I suppose we are in the OT section - but I dont have any problem with what people choose to eat be it meat, fish, fowl or whatever - to some eating the meats we regularly eat in the west is abhorrent, to some their religious beliefs play a part.

I personally dont fancy dog meat but Ive eaten snake, kangaroo, crocodile, frog, snail, aligator, and grasshopper - so if a culture somewhere eats dog or cat then it may not be a choice I personally would make but who am I to criticise.

And to bring this back on topic - the current Ji-Sung Park song is about dog eating and scousers eating rats? And apprently he thinks its funny - hey ho!!

As a rule unless posts contravene FORUM rules - not decency rules, the mods ignore OT. So a case would have to be made for the content contravening forum rules for the mods to act. Regretfully most mods (self included) wouldn't have a clue whether these posts did or not.

Dave Whelan at Wigan would be a good one to ask, perhaps we should go to arbitration and dock me 3 points

Back on the original topoic
to the strains of Chirpy Chirpy cheep cheep
"Where's your double gone?"
Could be sung to either of the teams I suppose.

Or "you've got Murhino we've got his doggio"

I can think of two further songs, one each.

I am sure both side will fill this horrible stadia with some "interesting" songs..

As one of the many in the "I REALLY don't care which one of them wins" camp, I suppose if one of them has to win it's better to be Chelski than "Them" [:o)]

Better game on Sunday when Real Madrid play as far as I am concerened. :D

Quite incorrect. Even the thickest of West London ***** would know that the double is only possible if the team has won the league title and the FA Cup. So, a Carling Cup and FA Cup, whilst meritorious, is not a double.

There was only one team that could possibly have won the double after Manchester United won the League, and that team wears red.

Now, back to your hole for a nice quiet summer.

GJ

Even the most ***** American would know that this would and could be sung to Chelsea as by the fact of losing the Championship, their dreams of the double had faded away!
the same way as you can sing to both clubs "where's yer treble gone?" for the same reason after showing that both teams are just domestic clubs these days.

Really! a typical Man Utd fan, so full of themselves that they get totally arsy when they get beaten and beaten you were! [:o)]

For you, Double most likely refers to the dosage amount you require for your anti-psychotic medication.

GJ

So sad. Man utd fan who cannot take a loss in good grace, pretty normal really for them. Chelsea were the better side out of two very mundane teams. If this is the best that the Premiership can give us, God help us in the future.

So funny that Fergi thinks its been a good season for you.
One Championship and.......????? All that money and in terms of what you were playing for, just one thing to show for it. A domestic trophy when Fergie stated at the start of the season he wanted a European cup.

GJ,
there is only one team that can use the phrase "Campiones" and that will be tyhe team which wins on Wednesday, as they will be European Champions.
I do hope it will be Liverpool, as they deserve the homour.

We have never sung that anyway, we sing "We are champions, champions of Europe" in praise of the Leeds team which had the European Cup stolen from them by a corrupt Referee.

Yes, we are poo at the moment, no Leeds fan would say anything else, so any comments about our present team and position are well founded.

However that is what makes us different. We acknowledge that we are poo at the moment, but we also know that from a position of being down, we will be back at some time, probably five years, but we will be back and stronger because of it.
