Mangled Bag Tags

My bag tags have got a little mangled in their journeys. Does anyone have any experience in getting replacements from the FC ?

Is it a waste of time asking ?

I've asked 3 times, 3 times they've been "ordered", 3 times (evidently) the postman's ran away with them... [ii]

I got mine! It did take 3 months though.
