Quick question... I am fairly sure someone on here will know the answer for sure. (I did do a search on here and could not find the answer).

If I look at my itinerary on the VS Website, it says I have seat 8A both ways for my next trip. If I then go to try and view the seating plan for the outward flight, it says the plan is unavailable and seats will be allocated at check-in.

So does the Itinerary screen on the VS website mean the seat is still mine? (It is still showing as allocated on ExpertFlyer).

Thanks
James

Yes your allocated is still down for you. What that message means is that the 60% or so of seats that are available for pre-selecting have already been booked. VS have recently changed it, and now you get that message and are not able to access the seat map and change your seat. Same thing happened on our recent NYC flight.
