This is my first post on this site. I hope this question has not been asked previously!

Can anyone confirm if Smoking is allowed anywere outside the Clubhouse Lounges at Heathrow or Gatwick? I do not mean outside the terminal of course.

The only place you can now smoke is landside, outside the terminal building.

There are no smoking facilities anywhere inside the terminal since 1st July.

Many thanks for your answer Mike.

It is going to be a a long trip for me on my next flight without the opportunity of relaxing with a cig! My flights to the USA allways start from Belfast. ( Which has gone no smoking since the end of April.) London Hetahrow now no smoking! will leave me looking at 22-Hour traveling time to LA without a cig! Just Bril.
