I've just noticed VS have updated their online booking system again.

You can now select JFK or Newark as a seperate destinations or the old option of just choosing 'New York' is still there.

They have all seperated LHR and LGW as well.

I always found booking flights to New York quite hard work as you where always given pages and pages of different flight options. This should make things easier I think.

If only they would add the option to search by fare type, e.g. L, etc.

Totally agree, I have never booked a flight online because of this and always have to end up ringing FC to get the fare code I want. I made a comment about this when doing the survey on the VS site the other week.

Thank goodness! In the past I always found they put all of the EWR flights first and thus I always had to page through 4 pages or so of flights before I got anything resembling a flight I might be interested in.

I agree they still need to make more changes/improvements, but this is a nice start for me.

Crazy thing is that Expedia do actually offer up the fare class, but that's no good when you want to book direct with VS and earn double miles paying on VS Amex ;)

Edit: Sorry just cottoned on that this is all about being able to select a particular class to book, not to simply view the class on offer....teaches me to read threads in full!
