I can't seem to log into my FC account, the rest of the VS site is working ok but when I enter my password etc and click it brings up this:

Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.


Anybody else having this problem?

Not working for me either and when I bypass the personal log in and go to the manage booking area I just get a white screen when I've entered all my flight details.

I can log-in without any problems.

VS Amex miles were posted yesterday if that is what you are wishing to check....:D

I know they are all different companies, but Virgin seems to be down across the board.

My home page is Virgin media and that's down, the message says they are trying to sort themselves out

I can't look at my booking payment list on Virgin Holidays

And then of course there's the 'Sky' issue on the TV

Virgin seem to have all sorts of problems at the moment.

I can look at my FC account OK though, that seems to have been sorted:)

Yep its the same this morning for me.

I have tried logging in and keep getting a white screen is this the same for others too this morning?

VS told me they are rolling out a fix for this on Wed 7th.

Thanks for that info James. I am still having problems, sometimes I log in no problems and then the next time it won't let me do anything (log in/check flights), hopefully things should be back to normal soon.
