TV programmes now available on iTunes UK

Excellent! I first thought. But at a cost of £1.89 each, not even close to the same as what US customers pay at $1.99, it's not cheap. Not a great selection, but more are promised to come.

At least it's a step in the right direction.

Roll on when iTunes start offering HD films/programs which you can watch on a normal HD TV via the Apple TV box.
