US Airways seat recomendations

I am flying on a couple of US Airways (really America West) next week. The aircraft are A319, A320 and B757 and I am in First.

The question is does anyone know how much leg room the front row has? I have experienced similar seats before and the bulkhead can be very close.

Any recommendations?

Seat Guru Suggests avoiding the Bulkhead - so I have. I've gone for 3B for my flights with US a week Saturday. This is in a A319. How they can call a 38" pitch First...

If you can get them take 1A or B..the seat pitch on US first domestic sucks.
