ING New York City Marathon (New York, NY) - Early November 2007

Yup yup yup, Mr K. [y]

I just spent the last week on "holiday" in Portugal with two olympic mates. Running 10km hills every morning, followed by swimming, means I'm a B2B machine waiting to be unleashed... :D

Did the NF Half today - quite a testing course, some nasty little hills. Got a PB though - chip time 1 hr 32 mins 42 seconds, position 77th of 1504. A little outside of my goal but I have Cardiff half in four weeks.

I've nothing planned at the moment apart from a couple of 10ks. Did a nice 10mile cross country run yesterday in Royston.

Planning to do London Marathon next year as my wife already has a postponed ballot place from last year - so fingers crossed for ballot, if not its more fundraising! We'd like to do another marathon too next year, looking maybe January time.
