According to BBC News, Patsy Palmer -- aka Bianca Jackson -- is to return to EastEnders fulltime in January, with episodes hitting the screen in March.

She apparently comes back to live with Pat (wonder if she'll nick any of her earrings?) and has more children "borne of different fathers." Good girl! [y]

At any rate, she was one of my favourites, and I still cannot meet someone named Ricky today without thinking "Reeee-kayyyyyyy" in me head! [:p]

Do you like Bianca? I wish Tiff and Grant would come back but, erm, well, Tiff is dead. [:(]

Roll on 2012. The 'Square' should have been flattened underneath a new stadium or similar by then. Hopefully with the cast giving stirling support - to the concrete beams!

Joan Collins is currently appearing in an advertisement for The Post Office! Wonder how much she got for that?

I take it her BA deal has expired now.

As for Bianca, yippee! Isn't Ricky 'dead' too?

Oh yippee, now should I ever watch it again, I can once more shout at the TV "Ricky, don't do it, pull yourself up boy" [^]

So yet again a former soap 'star' finds that the grass is not as greener on the outside. One TV programme and a few stage apperances later they're gutted to be invited back. Guess there's no chance of Michelle Ryan rejoining now that she is flexing her bionic muscles stateside.

My personal choice at a reprise would be Michelle (Susan Tully) but I think with almost all her contempories gone (apart from Ian) there would be little chance of that.

I really need to get out more :-(

Susan Tully still directs the odd episode of Eastenders.

Well, they did kill off all the Fowler clan apart from Susan (who's on screen name completely escapes me!).

I think Vicki (Michelle's daughter) and Martin (her brother) are still knocking around - but you're right her family tree looks like a war memorial.

P.S. Actually my wife watches it - not me - it's just on in the background [:w] honestly your honour.
