According to Travelex's terms and conditions you can cancel your order up to 24 hours before collection with no charges.
Has anyone had any success calling them and requesting they change the rate to the current rate (rather than cancelling and reordering)?

I tried to 'change' the order without success, this was via one f the sales lines advertised on their website, so have cancelled and re-ordered in the past.

Yes I've also cancelled an order in the past. I just emailed them and I was given a full refund which was put back onto my debit card.
