US air pilot agreement

A tentative agreement has been reached concerning the merger of US east and US west pilots.

Wide body pilots will come first in seniority, followed by....
757 pilots
737/320 pilots
wide body FO
757 FO
737/320 FO

Needless to say there are a few east (Ex USair) that are not to happy having put in 20 years with US only to be now counted as equals with a first year America West FO...oh well

The seniority list is often one of the most painful parts of a merger and never does anyone win outright[:?]
