Wow nice review, I especially like the fact that the airline remembers a passenger's playlist. That's definitely something no one has thought of before, and is it even mentioned on VX's website?

One question, how comfortable are the economy seats? Some people have criticized VX for its small seat pitch in EC.

I thought the seat pitch was good. The seats are considerably higher up which makes it easier to stretch out under the seat in front of you.

Also the seats are very thin, yet comfy and there is no IFE box in front of you.
