Well, I had a breath of fresh air today.
I had a long planned and long booked week at "home" in china and had booked a pretty cheap ticket, (well half of the quoted full Y fare) on Asiana from Seoul.
I now need to stay one week longer, so today MrsPVG phoned the local Asiana ticket office to enquire about the cost of changing the return date, and it was all done and dusted with a couple of minutes for no extra cost at all... not even an "admin" charge.
If only it was this easy everywhere!
