Depends on the specification of the seatcovering the airline puts on.
I find the Swiss ones a bit tough on the old derriere after about 2.5 hours, but they are only fitted like that to the short haul (European fleet), and they lack an adjustable headrest.
From appearance, the VX seats seem to have similar seat padding to the ANZ seats (apart from VX using leather, whereas ANZ use some breatheable cloth). If it is the same, it's nice seating, plenty of memory foam. Remember, the ANZ version of the seat is geared up to support 12-13 hour sectors. [;)]
