Latin & Ballroom dancing/classical concerts

Aside from the usual strip entertainment, does anyone know where my wife and I can go to do Latin American & Ballroom dancing? We attend weekly classes here in England.

We also enjoy classical concerts, do you know of any concerts that are on between 16th-21st December 2007? [y]

The Nevada Ballet Theatre production of the Nutcracker at UNLV is worth seeing. Production was excellent although at times dancing a bit ropey. However most are amateurs that need supporting.
