Has anyone any recent experience of United's first class product?Trying to decide where to blow some BMI miles.
Flew them earlier in the year. Seats were tatty (and I HATE the IFE system). Food was good, service was OK ish.
Nothing to write home about, but probably on a par with Air Canada's Executive First (Business Class) product with the addition of a flat bed.
