I have once again signed up to run the London Marathon this year (having run it in 2006). Last year I ran Belfast and Reykjavic marathons but didn't fundraise as keep asking people becomes annoying for me and the people I pester! However as many will know London is a pain to get in via the ballot (3 failed attempts so far) so I have chosen to run for the National Austic Society.

If anyone would like to sponsor me, you can do so at: http://www.justgiving.com/grahamwebsternewman

I will update the site with a training blog shortly.

Are any other V-Flyers running London or other runs planned this year?

Many thanks in advance! [^]

Unfortunately not - I'm doing a comparatively measly 15K in June though.

Not measly, any event is worthwhile and should be applauded! Whereabouts is the 15k?

What time are you going for Graham?

No big runs- just doing the regular XC scene to keep me ticking over before the summer. Will be getting involved in some British Milers CLub track races come the summer.

Not sure yet - London in 2006 was 4hrs 21, then managed 4hrs 6 in Belfast and finally 3hrs 51 in Reykjavik. Would like to get somewhere between 3hrs 30 and 3hrs 40 for this one though.
