Interestingly - 35m in the year to 31 March, and then 12m in the quarter April - June.

They have apparently hedged fuel at one of the lowest rates in the industry.

Fuel accounts for less than 25 per cent of Flybe's costs. 60% of fuel is hedged 12 months ahead and only 10% is completely unhedged. Seems that Flybe are getting it right where others are not. Having said that the customer base is completely different from VS. Bet SRB really wants his B787-9's!
