It was raining actually used the walkway to get on aircraft.
Already upgraded the seat to extra legroom, 51 A+B. Definitely the best decision! We were next to the galley and two rows behind the exit row seats which cost 50 not 30. I wouldnt have been happy sitting there because everyone congregated there waiting for drinks and it would be very annoying.
Flight was great no-one next to us so I moved to aisle seat for extra room. Could have done with a tad more width! IFE was fine, food fine, service excellent. Complimented the crew as we left the plane. really happy with our first flight with Virgin.
Other passengers were annoying. They were moving around the cabin when the seat belt sign was ON and had to be told firmly to sit down. The alcohol ran out after four hours and they started drinking their own which caused another announcement by the crew. They were told that the authorities in Barbados would be informed if they were caught!
Then the flight ran out of immigration forms now that was annoying. We only got them in the queue and had to fill them in on the hoof. The luggage took ages to be put on the carousel.
We went on to have a brilliant holiday!
