On Line Check In

Hi,

We are travelling UCS Man - Mco, in a few weeks, I tried to look at our seats in our booking and it's telling me that I can't change or look at the seats and will have to check in at the airport.

We have pre allocated 6A 6K and 7k, what is the chance of us getting these seats,and does it matter? we booked nearly 12 months ago.

Any advice would be appreciated,

There comes a point in time when the allocated number of seats available for pre selection runs out, at that time the VS website will not allow you to see what is open, this can only be done at check in.

While the requesting of seats is simply that, a request, you will usually get what you requested....In other words don't worry about it.

Hi,

The reason you can't view the seat map is because only 60% of seats are available for pre-selection, once this amount has been taken they block the seat map. Your requested seats should still be there, and if you have a look they should show under your names in the manage my booking section.

Of course, there is a chance for operational reasons VS might change your seats, but fingers crossed you should be ok. Doing OLCI will be your best chance to confirm the seats you want.
