Miles from Partners

I have virgin miles posted on my hhonors account that have not transferred across to my virgin account. (it just seems to be one particular hotel that is at fault)

Do I chase virgin for the miles or ask hilton why they have not transferred when they have correctly posted to the hilton account?

When this last happened to me it turned out to be an issue with Hhonors. I'd start there. They should be able to tell you the dates that they were transferred to VS (if indeed they have).
