Adding an infant to a Gold Account?

Hello,

As advised by the FC I've just completed the form off the VA website and note that it stipulates 2 as the minimum age for adding an infant, presumably as that age is the point you have to pay for a seat for them?

Does anyone know if the age limit can be flexed to cover a 20 month old traveling in a paid for PE (K class seat)?

I would doubt it very much. All to do with the Warsaw/Montreal Conventions
