Apex Fares

Strange question but can anyone tell me when an apex fare becomes a full J ?

ie whats the shortest time before departure that you can buy an upper fare thats not a full fare ?

I think the latest you can book any Upper apex fare is 7 days before departure. D's are 7 day apex fares:

RESERVATIONS FOR ALL SECTORS ARE REQUIRED AT LEAST 7 DAYS

RESERVATIONS ARE MADE OR AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
WHICHEVER IS EARLIER.

Premium Economy 'S' fares are also 7 day Apex fares.

However, I think most economy fares don't have any advance purchase restrictions do they?
