Just been 'offered' free Pass24 with my latest car hire in Orlando. It looks like you just drive through the tolls (there doesn't seem to be any box or transponder thingy) and you allegedly don't receive any fines.

Anyone know if this is good - don't want to come back to a credit card statement with lots of debits on it from dollar.

thanks

We were given a 'free' sunpass toll thing when we went to MCO last year. Again we didn't have anything, it is just all linked to the license plate. We just drove through the correctly marked lanes each time and that was it, never got charged anything from Dollar at all.

If it is free then take it, if they try and sell you it for x$ a day, then it isn't worth it IMO.

Alamo didn't offer anything like this - but as Neil has said, if it's free, then take it. I 'evaded' a SunPass toll ($0.75) in May as the 2nd toll layout on the Beeline expressway had changed. Alamo kindly paid the $0.75 for me, but charged me $10 to send me a letter informing me of this!
