Virgin & BA - only one bag in economy!

I read on Friday that BA and Virgin are changing their baggage policy again later this year (on top of the 23kg change!) to only allow 1 bag in economy, with any others 35 each on Virgin and 25 each on BA.

Anyone else heard this?[n]
