so the CO codeshare is 120usd/ticket cheaper in economy for MCO-LGW return flight (VS 16 I think). Question is, is the only way I can pay for an upgrade is checkin at the airport? Can i phone virgin and purchase one beforehand if I buy my ticket through CO? Or is it not possible to pay for a cash upgrade if I get my ticket through CO at all? I'm sure this question has been answered ad-nauseum, so I apologize in advance, but I couldnt seem to find the answer.
