Through luggage

I am travelling from LHR to Dubai with VS in April after a MAN connection on BA shuttle. What is the likelihood of baggage being transferred automatically by BA to the VS flight?

Have you booked two separate tickets or are all flights on one booking?

I think the answer there is nil.

As I've said many times before, I'm not a fan of interlining and would rather put up with the inconvenience of making sure my baggage got delivered to the next airline myself.

BA won't do this even if you put the two flights on the same PNR. Been there, tried that, nothing doing unfortunately.

My BA ticket was booked with Trailfinders and the Reward Premium Economy with VS. I understand the logic of picking up luggage and ensuring VS will have it given by me personally. Just a nuisance transferring from T5 to T3. Thanks for information[:D]
