I have just flown back from Sydney via Singapore Airlines and would be very grateful for advice on claiming air miles.

The ticket was bought through Trailfinders from Virgin flying out VS and back SQ. I know I should get the miles allocated to my account for the outward journey but am unsure what if anything I should do about the return. I have kept the boarding passes just in case they need to be sent off anywhere .

Many thanks in advance.[y]

Did you hand over your VS Ag card at check-in on SQ?

If so, just hang tight and keep checking. I believe you have to wait 6 weeks before making a claim in case the credit is 'in the system' but I have seen partner activity credit within a few days providing I have my FQTV# in the booking or presented the card at check-in. If it doesnt credit you need to raise a claim on the VS website and send in your boarding stubs. You probably wont get the stubs back [:(]

Thanks
Sarah

Thank you Sarah, no Trailfinders had the information and it was on the booking but I suspect I will manually have to submit it.
