TJ,
First, all of what you are doing is very cool. Thank you.

#7 works for me. Could be used as Virgin's card across the entire brand and not just the airlines.

Any thoughts on coming up with a design for Virgin USA?

Thanks again. Great job, TJ.

Regards,
Chuck-

VS holidays also charge 1.5% for using a VS credit card not very sporting but some of the prices are hard to beat.

Always amuses me getting currency on my Amex at an Amex BDC at airports - "actually sir it'd be cheaper for you if you use Visa"...[:(!]

Hi Jon,

Thanks for the A380 pic! I'll have a go at doing a card based on it when I get home this evening.

Not sure if Virgin would be able to get away with using the Concorde picture on their cards! But I'll see if I can do a mock one with that also ;)

Thanks guys [:I]

Not sure that BA would let Virgin get away with having a VS Concorde on the cards! ;)
It would be cool though :D

They let them get away with producing the models;). Anyway, who actually owns the rights to the designs etc? BA and AF were only the operators. Airbus perhaps?

My history of Concorde book, (The two most beutiful aircraft in the world, Concorde and TSR2, one killed by the government, the other by BA) has a copy of the original UK/French Government agreement in it, so the owners of the designs was Sud Aviation and BAC.
Airbus is a seperate company.

That's great TJ, both the Concorde ones are really cool, Guess No. 11 has the edge but No. 10 is really in your face, keep up the good work, it would be great if Virgin takes up one or more of your designs! [8D]

I'd love it if Virgin did choose to use one of my designs :) but I think they'll probably leave it up to their own design department ;)

It would be nice though (as long as they spoke to me about it first of course!)

A lifetime membership of FlyingClub gold would do me fine :)

;)

(and perhaps an upgrade from Economy to Upper Class for me and my partner on our flights to/from EWR in September :))

'not forgetting an un-limited credit limit like Sir RB's'

That wouldn't do you any good - unless you got SRB to pay your bill for you.:D

TJ,

How about turning you skill to designing a VirginFlyer baggage tag? ;)

Ooh, a challenge ;)

What sort of dimensions are we looking at?

I'll have a think of possible ideas and create a new thread?

Standard credit card size - the same size as the flying club tags.

I'm sure several of us have laminators with business card size pouches and others are bound to have nice colour printers... that's be a talking point at the airport :)
