Hi all,

Does anyone know why the update booking feature on the VA website does not pull up flight based on your FC number, instead you have to put the booking number or E Ticket number in and other info.

I booked my most recent tickets with FC on the phone and gave them the FC number for both myself and partner when booking.

Even when I do get into the booking after putting in all the info it has our FC numbers in the correct sections.

So why does it not work properly ?? or am I doing something wrong is it something to do with the way I booked ???

Hi Jason,

I can't answer the question but this has been the case for some time, even before the re-vamp of the VAA website.

The system appears to be able to find some flights from your FC number but not others, even where your FC number has been included with your reservation info.

VS are aware of the problem and hopefully a 'fix' will be available before too long.
