I am a member of staff for another airline company that works Short haul out of Gatwick, Sorry I am Cabin Crew by the way. I am seriosly givin thought to leaving and trying to get a job on Virgin Long haul out of Gatwick.
I need to gather some information first before I make the jump. Can anyone tell me what it is really like to work for virgin. i.e. what is the average monthly rosta like, what are the wages like, what are the perks like? anything will help.
