Thanks Freeway

I have just called FC AU and got pre-assigned seats for November (BGI) and December (BOS) trips. The agent was not aware that the rule change was implemented today for non-web bookings but he is now.

Thanks Freeway, now I just need to book some more flights! Do you know if this will apply to Reward Seats as well as revenue?

Hi Cattle Class and Welcome :)

If you have booked your flights direct with VS then all you need is your booking ref, date of travel, lead passenger surname and flight number.

go here https://www.virgin-atlantic.com/find_booking.view.do to enter the info to bring up the booking details including seat maps/special meal requests.

If you have not made the booking direct with VS I guess you will need to contact the booking agent and ask them for VS's booking ref - I beleive bookings made via VH that include VS flights can be seen online using the above link [?] Someone else may be able to answer this better than me though.

Otherwise I suggest you give VS a call, you will only need your date of travel, flight number and lead pax surname if calling.

Failing that why not join FC, add your new flying club number to the booking, then your booked flights should be visable online :)

Regards

Top man. I got my booking up through that link and i'm booked with Virgin holidays but it won't show me the seat map yet.I'll probably join the flying club as well but with a new baby in the house i'll won't be using Virgin for a bit unless they start flyins to Butlins!!

Cheers

You should be okay to call VS up direct and request your seats - your details would have been passed thru by the bookign agent.

If you want to make actual changes, such as dates then you would need to speak to your booking agent.

Thanks,
Richard
