Thanks Declan, very interesting news.

As with most people I immediately thought - how will this affect me?

Hmmm. Will be travelling from Tokyo to London and back at the start of August on a route that has recently been good for the use of A346s, but does the commitment to Suites on US routes mean that the 346s used for Tokyo will be committed elsewhere (SFO, JFK ...) leaving us on a 343 without V:Port - not good on a 12+ hour flight.

Of course it is all academic since we are travelling in PE and reward seats in Upper are all sold out. [:(] (It is always nice to dream that they will allow us to upgrade at check-in though.)
