The daughter of a former colleague of mine is a professional cellist. Apparently 'Mrs Cello' is offered the in-flight meals, although since 9/11 has to fly with her spike in the hold[|)]

I seem to remember reading that Julian Lloyd-Webber buys a seat for his cello on every flight he takes. In the article i think he complained that his cello doesn't get FF miles;)

Maybe VS contacted him and offered to put this right? :)
