VS recruiting cabin crew

Today's Daily Mail has an advert from VA looking for cabin crew
5' 2" height minimum, hold an EU passport are the requirements

They've been advertising on every issue of Cosmopolitan ever since I've started reading it regularly - which has to be a few years.....

Cosmo huh? [8D] Such a nicer target demographic than say "Horse and Hound"...

they only pay £9,800 starting plus flight allowances, i have tried for cabin crew 4 times, the interview usually has some rude stuck up woman and a gay man, if you are not like a model or are not gay you dont get through to the next stage.
people with loads of flying experience and language experience don't get thru!

Something a bit fixed i think and suggestions how to get in!

I'm sure you don't have to be gay or a model to get in!
I know many straight cabin crew males and have seen some less than model like female cabin crew!!!
VS have a reputation for being a very hard airline to get a crew job in...Which is why they also have the reputaion for having some of the best cabin crew flying!

have to agree with vs932 i walk'd past a vs cab crew in gatwick on sun and i'm not the best looking bloke around but she was a biffer[8D]
