Seems that Africa could be next in line for a LCC.

Am sure this would be a fair way off though, especially as VS and SAA have just signed an agreement.

True - owned by Comair (BA franchise).I know they have caused some ripples in the RSA domestic markets, forcing reductions in air fares etc. Had read that they had forced SAA to consider something similar.

Not sure if anywhere else in Africa is approriate for a LCC though.
