Couch on a plane?

Looking at the A340-600 Suites seat map I noticed that there is couch's at the front of the plane. Is this a typo or is there actually another rest area down the front?

Looks like there is, you have the IFBT position on the port side, maybe you can sit there whist waiting for your treatment? Sure is a long way from the bar

We just came back from IAD on one of these. Now that you come to mention it there was a multiple person seat further forward than the IFBT - I remember a couple of the crew sitting on it. Quite a big area of apparently "unused" space actually. Was a bit surprised.

presumably for exhibitionists given the IFBT is sitting a couple of metres away
