Good deed for the day!!

I was reading the VS press kit Here and noticed on page 32 that it still states Silver FC will never be downgraded..
Since this is out of date I advised the press office.

they thanked me..
anyway thats my good deed!

Maybe we should start a thread errors & omissions in the press kit!
I didn't see any mention of Manchester planes either!

Nice One Jonathan,

If we all start sending errors and mentioning V-Flyer, it will either increase the credibility of the the site, or make them sick of us.

I always like to think VS respond positively when their shortcomings are pointed out - provided the shortcomings are pointed out in the correct manner:)

I pointed out a short-comming earlier in the year with regards to the FC T&C's. As I was flying out to JFK in Premium, for me letting FC know about the mistake in their T&C's they put my name in the system for an upgrade on my o/b flight....and I got it too:D

Flight back was already in UC so that may have helped too maybe.

hmm depends on flight and crew..

I'm sure a few tales will be told on the 25th as mcuth and I will have got back from a milage run - OK mcuth's milage run (I was going to syd anyway or so I keep telling myself!;))

Oh the press guide is an entertaining read, there are mistakes in it.
