Ryanair presence in the UK regions is set to increase for next Summer with 50 new routes, and a 2 million seat sale across all routes (fly for just 10) until Thursday.

They also announced a Cork-Carcassone link last week. It's the first Ryanair link to Europe from Cork. All the other destinations are to the UK and Dublin

5 new Euro routes from EDI as well[y]. Previously we had only to DUB & SNN.

I flew with FR a couple of weeks ago and I have to say the service was as good as could be on a LCC.

Very interesting news. With EZY's recent take over of GB Airways I was wondering how long before another FR announcement.

THe order isn't anywhere near what analysts were saying- I had heard it would be larger than the previous 200 frame order from a couple of years ago.

That being said of interest is the increase of flights out of Newquay. BE at Exeter must be watching this one with interest as must EZY at BRS. After all alot of pax through BRS and EXT come from cornwall.
