With the on going debate over weight gains in the western world I am wondering if anyone has dared to weigh themselves after the holiday season...

I did..I lost 2 lbs [:0]...so am now grazing on the left over cookies and chocolates [y]....which of course means I will be on a diet next week [:#]

Don't know and more to the point, don't care. No point enjoying good food only to feel guilty about it afterwards.
