This is the Astraeus 752 that Iron Maiden will be using for it's upcoming tour....right now it is being used for a variety of flights..including BA charter work [y]

Of course this is also the airline that Bruce is a pilot for [y]

...and it appears you can even be flown to a Maiden gig by Bruce himself: http://www.bruceair666.com/

Actually for me Iron Maiden are not the best live band, sorry but Bruce's voice just sucks live...however after seeing them in '88 at the Golddiggers I am a fan for life [y]

I saw them in approx 84/85 at Nottingham (Powerslave tour I think) and it was an awesome show, can't say his voice bothered me the guitars were amazing.I saw Paul Di'Anno a few years back play at a local Sutton-in-Ashfield club still had that unique voice playing in front of about 60 people quite sad.Must say I lost interest in them about 7th son time, but I wouldn't mind seeing them at Twickers later in the year for old times sake.

Have to agree JP, it is a great show, they used the full stadium set for the golddiggers show..walked out half deaf and blind...loved it

they used the full stadium set for the golddiggers show.

The Notts gig was the low fat version but still fantastic. Not quite as good as AC/DC at Sheffield complete with 40'fire breathing Angus.
