The nearest to Parnell Square would be the Royal dublin or the Gresham Hotel on O'Connell Street but I don't know if you would ccall them reasonably priced.

Jury's Inn on Custom House Quay would be within a reasonable walking distance.

Oh and silly me! There's a Jury's Inn in Parnell Street

The only problem with those apartments in Dublin is that they are located south of the river and Parnell Square is north of the river at the top of O'Connell Street

Ok, slight change of plan. If that hotel now needed to be close to George Street, any other suggestions (although the Jury's Inn Parnell Street was a good option!)

If you need to be in South Great George's Street area, well then you are just alongside Temple Bar where Ben's suggestion is situated. Not too far away is Jury's Inn, Christchurch which is a couple of minutes walk past Dublin Castle

The problem has been solved with SPG's stay 4 nights, get 2 free (plus a couple of additional days) at the Westin. [;)]

Well done - Parnell at nmight can be like a bloody war zone. In the Westin just turn left and head up around Grafton Street at noght - DO NOT GO NEAR OCONNELL STREET NEAR CLOSING TIME. Dublin is like any large city and you will have a fantastic time on your visit - Your opposite Temple bar wqhich is great during the day - at night its just a bit too hetic for me to be honest - Enjoy
